As a Saudi Aramco Inspection Representative, I monitor contractor performance during the procurement and manufacturing processes to ensure the successful delivery of capital and mega projects while maintaining the highest quality standards. I lead teams with a focus on excellence, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency in high-stakes environments. My role centers on managing the procurement lifecycle—from material requisition to delivery—by thoroughly reviewing quality documentation, overseeing fabrication to ensure compliance, and confirming material readiness through inspection reports before site deployment, all while ensuring contractors consistently meet project timelines and specifications. Additionally, I strongly track failures, report discrepancies, and actively participate in investigations and corrective actions through Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), collaborating with the Consulting Services Department (CSD) for technical rectification to uphold project integrity.

As a Saudi Aramco Inspection Engineer at a several pipeline manufacturers, I ensure material compliance with API 5L and Saudi Aramco standards, leveraging my API 577 certification to oversee welding inspection and metallurgical integrity. I manage the fabrication process, conducting quality control through non-destructive testing (NDT), hydrostatic testing, and coating inspections, while ensuring full traceability of materials and welds via heat numbers, joint documentation, and test records as per the applicable procedure . My role includes coordinating with vendors, implementing quality assurance practices, and maintaining safety standards to deliver reliable pipelines for critical Saudi Aramco projects.
