- Understand all contracts and proposals for the programs in the region indepth and put them into practice.
- Manages and renews contracts as necessary throughout the year.
- Communicate with officials from the districts we serve and the clients we serve on a regular basis.
- Work with Regional Director to identify potential issues and aggressively suggest workable solutions.
- Keep up and strengthen important connections required for program renewal.
- Manage the accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support each program by putting in place the necessary tools and procedures. Work along with the territory's field financial analyst as necessary.
- Work with the Regional Director to make sure a high-quality instructional delivery is provided to skills.
- Find and develop prospects for regional growth as well as expansion of present initiatives.
- Support the development of a procedure and a strategy to guarantee that every school makes the best use of the funding that is available in accordance with district and corporate goals.
- Support the development and upkeep of a strategy to create new client contacts and chances to expand the region's services and programs.
- To fulfill all internal and external reporting and billing needs, implement the necessary processes, tools, and checks and balances.
- To ensure that the direct service team operates efficiently and that program objectives are met.
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of program.
- Direct service employee recruitment, selection, appraisal, retention, and, if necessary, termination.
- Ensure that the assembled team has the necessary knowledge, abilities, and training to carry out the requirements of the contractual program.
- Supporting staff development and performance management is your responsibility.
- Set a good example for others to follow in fostering a positive attitude toward work and organization.
- Keep in touch with your staff on a frequent basis and when appropriate.
- Provide program managers with quick and effective problem-solving techniques when they arise.
- Ensure that the teaching staff, infrastructure, resources, and tools are sufficient.
- Inform the proper corporate support personnel of contract activity.
- Maintain regular contact with the regional director and give them the information they require.
