• Provide input and support to the Global Procurement function during negotiations with key suppliers responsible for securing major materials.
• Develop material plans based on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and share figures with the sourcing team to initiate the contract process.
• Compare daily opening stocks of materials with weekly requirements in relation to the production plan.
• Schedule material deliveries based on updated production plans to guarantee timely availability of materials for manufacturing plants, considering suppliers’ lead times and warehousing capacity, and communicate this to the Call Offs team.
• Manage Purchase Requisitions in SAP and follow up on materials related to raw and packaging materials.
• Generate tracking reports comparing actual material deliveries against delivery plans, reporting variances, and taking corrective actions to resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Create new items in SAP after reviewing MRP views.
• Ensure the marketing calendar is met by executing the timely launch or re-launch of new products, minimizing obsolete inventory and write-off values during the phase-in/out process.
• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure materials are sourced and received according to the planned schedule.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers of raw and packaging materials to ensure superior quality, supply, and service.

Role and Accountabilities:

• Develop a weekly master production schedule aligned with sales forecasts.
• Monitor and assess compliance with the daily production plan in collaboration with the production team.
• Initiate and coordinate the daily shipping plan to satellite warehouses based on the specific demands of each site.
• Evaluate and approve raw material requirements for the plan, taking into account the annual sales AOP, including promotions and offers.
• Coordinate fleet movements for the distribution of finished goods and the transfer of raw materials.
• Oversee all metrics for which the Performance Accountability Model (PAM) is responsible, including Days of Supply, demand shortages, shipping compliance, and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess all raw material quantities in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Generate annual Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all required raw materials.
• Establish stock levels and safety stock requirements for all raw materials.
• Create monthly Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for raw materials needed that month.
• Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing department regarding the timing and quantities of shipments.
• Oversee the implementation of the Oracle system within the raw materials department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, spare parts, stationery, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and promotional materials.
• Conduct daily physical counts of raw materials.
• Participate in monthly physical counts of spare parts and raw materials.
• Collaborate with the IT department to implement the ORACLE Inventory Module.
• Oversee raw materials warehouses across various locations, including the bonded area, ensuring adherence to FIFO, orderliness, and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Officer to prepare necessary documentation and facilitate the release of materials from the bonded area.
• Classify issued items from the inventory account to the appropriate accounting categories.
• Maintain internal control procedures.
• Follow up on slow-moving items.
• Prepare and report on:Raw materials stock levels.
  Raw materials issued to production.
  Finished goods stocks and daily warehouse reports.
  Promotional materials stock, including tracking quantities issued to the market.
  Daily spoilage and breakage.
  
• Generate all reports, issues, and receipts using the ORACLE Inventory Module.
