Oracle Fusion HCM is a comprehensive cloud-based solution that helps businesses manage their human resources processes, including employee data, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation management, and more.
As an Oracle Fusion HCM consultant, my role involves working closely with clients to understand their HR requirements and designing solutions that align with their business needs.
