- Project Scheduling & Management:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Monitor and update project progress against the schedule, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule adherence and timely completion.

- Delay Analysis and Claims.

- Resource Planning & Allocation:
- Assess project resource requirements, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution while minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of required resources.

- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks related to scheduling and resource availability.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project impact.
- Monitor and report on risk status throughout the project lifecycle.

- Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives.
- Track project expenditures against the budget, identifying and addressing cost overruns.
- Collaborate with financial teams to ensure accurate project cost reporting and forecasting.

- Software Proficiency:
- Utilize advanced project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Power PI) to develop and manage schedules.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports using relevant tools and software.
- Stay updated on the latest software advancements and industry best practices.

- Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor and train junior planning engineers and project staff on best practices in project planning and scheduling.
- Lead and coordinate planning teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative work
