• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with company policy.
• Search and screening the CVs .
• Arranging and doing the interviews with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Generating Saudization Reports including: Hiring,
Termination, Turnover and percentages on a monthly
basis.
