A highly experienced Irrigation Technical Manager with over a decade of expertise in water management and sustainability and possessing a Master's degree in agricultural engineering. Managed irrigation systems across a wide range of industries, including notable projects for agriculture and landscaping, such as the Saudi Green Initiative and Green Riyadh Project, as well as commercial and residential properties for instance the New Capital in Egypt.
Passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex water management challenges and working closely with clients to develop customized water management strategies that align with goals and values. Dedication to educating consumers on different irrigation systems to ensure information availability that is necessary to make informed decisions about various projects.
The Master's degree program in Agricultural Engineering at the University of Palermo equipped me with a comprehensive and interdisciplinary understanding of modern agricultural engineering. The curriculum covered a wide range of topics, including crop production and management, irrigation and drainage systems, agricultural machinery and equipment, food processing, and environmental control. The program exposed me to advanced research and technologies and enabled me to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through various projects and assignments. The program was delivered by a team of highly qualified and experienced professors and researchers who were committed to providing me with superior education and training.
The thesis conducted focused on testing an infiltrometric technique to determine soil-saturated hydraulic conductivity. This study represents a significant contribution to the field of agricultural engineering, as it provides valuable insights into the use of infiltrometric techniques to assess soil hydraulic properties, which are critical for effective water management in agricultural production systems.
I earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Ain Shams University, a rigorous four-year program that provided me with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the field of agriculture. The program offered a comprehensive curriculum that covered various topics related to agriculture, including plant growth and development, soil and water conservation, and precision farming. Additionally, I learned about the latest techniques in agriculture, such as remote sensing and GIS applications. The program prepared me to work in various fields of agriculture, including research and development, food processing, agricultural machinery, irrigation technologies, environmental management, and more. I acquired a strong foundation in agriculture, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a professional in the industry.
My thesis, titled "Fertilization System with the Water of Irrigation by Using Venturi Meter," explored the development of an innovative fertilization system using irrigation water and Venturi meters. This study represents a significant contribution to the field of agricultural engineering, as it provides valuable insights into a sustainable and cost-effective fertilization system that enhances crop yields and conserves water resources.
