Project: 1- administrative building 10 floors (BUA: 8,890m2)

2-car parking building 9 floors (BUA:37,449m2)

In my role as a project manager, I was responsible for designing architectural drawings, making 3D perspectives according to the requirements of KAMC and their needs, as well as the regulations of the Royal Commission, the SBC, and the regulations of the Municipality of Riyadh. I also studied and designed architectural life safety plans and prepared the life safety report. Additionally, I met with contractors and consultants to obtain the best designs at the lowest costs. Moreover, I prepared preliminary plans to submit the project to the Municipality of Riyadh for building permits. I also prepared the detailed execution plans, BOQ, and specifications for the projects.

Center throughout the Kingdom (13 branches)

As the project manager, my scope of work after meetings with the project stakeholders was to design architectural drawing ,3D perspectives while applying SADIA's visual identity. This includes creating a better working environment for employees by incorporating interior green spaces and open work areas, as well as maximizing natural lighting. My job scope also involved coordinating between all construction, electrical, and mechanical departments to ensure delivering the best outputs in the shortest possible time.

Regarding to enhance the efficiency of all branches of the National Information Center, visits were conducted with a specialized team in all disciplines to identify and address any issues and deficiencies. Architectural and construction solutions were provided, along with architectural plans for all branches that adhere to the new SDAIA identity. A detailed report was prepared on the status of each branch, along with the preparation of quantity schedules and specifications for each branch.

As an architectural life safety engineer, I have worked with a specialized team to deliver projects to civil defense. My role involved reviewing the approved architectural safety plans provided by the contractor and ensuring their implementation on site. I also reviewed the architectural safety report for all buildings and attended meetings with the contractor to solve any issues and facilitate work completion within the specified time frame. Additionally, I was responsible for creating a monthly report detailing the progress of the work and submitting it to civil defense, highlighting the work progress ratio.

As a project manager and professional architect, I have been involved in various industrial projects. My roles have included studying the industrial client's needs, analyzing the requirements for production lines, storage areas, loading and unloading zones, and ensuring smooth workflow. My responsibilities also encompass coordinating with other technical disciplines, obtaining necessary permits from the MODON Industrial Cities Authority, and preparing quantity schedules and specifications.

As a project manager, your role would be to meet the client's desires and requirements. In this case, the client is an investor in the private sector, and numbers are of great importance to them. Utilizing all the building areas and distributing spaces effectively would be the key factor for the project's success. Here, I come into play as an architect. I can employ all the elements of design to meet the client's desires while complying with the SBC, the regulations of the Riyadh Municipality, and the Civil Defense requirements. Additionally, I would coordinate with all other technical disciplines, obtain the necessary building permits, and any other required licenses

As a Client Representative, I supervised the execution of the

Contractor; I had to resolve several issues by analyzing in-depth

the weaknesses and strengths and resource levels of the main

contractor and his sub-contractors. I improved the selection of

construction material and organized a remote supervision method

using CCTV to eliminate wasted time, my responsibility covered

construction contract management, Budgeting, Scheduling, Cost

controlling, Design clarifications, Site Supervision, and safely

execution.

Project: Madaan Quraish Seven Floor Residential Complex

(Total BUA: 15,000 m2)

As the primary member of supervision team, my major role was to

act as the technical adviser, review shop drawings, and erection

procedures. My secondary activities include Expediting progress,

Maintaining project controls, and Performing contract administration.


Project: Various Private Villas, palaces and Mixed-use Projects

Develop detailed level 3D models including modeling interior and

exterior architectural elements. Getting permits from governmental entities, Identify Conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information then develop suitable technical solutions. Coordinate with BIM service providers and

subcontractors. Coordinate with Project team and other

engineering disciplines in resolving design discrepancies. Update

as-built and revised building information models and manuals.
