Project: Safety requirement for aircraft hangarsGovernment at king khalid international airport

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for 7 building about (2140m2 built area)
• Leading sub-contractors with Foremen’s.
• Follow up all different disciplines of buildings (steel work &form work and finishing work, etc.)
• Follow the progress of the work step by step to avoid any mistake
• Inspect the steel and form work from sub-contractors before submit to consultant to ensure that the work as approve drawing and Specifications.
• Co-ordinate among different disciplines of buildings
• Monitoring subcontractor to ensure they maintaining the time schedule.
• Prepare monthly look ahead schedule & weekly and daily target.
• Prepare material list required for a month based on monthly look ahead

Project:- Implementation of channels and networks of storm water and refine alsulai valley path at Riyadh.

Responsibilities:-

• Managing five sites at the project which include executing huge concrete box culverts and retaining walls,
• Open channels with huge amount of cut and fill, earth works, dealing with utilities by hanging or diversion
• And coordinate with relevant authorities, executing roads and land scape over the box culverts.
• Dealing with consultant and client.
• Solving any technical problems appears at all project stages.
• Controlling work quality, cost and time.
• Preparing tight schedules for sites if needed.
• Preparing Shop drawings and invoices of subcontractors.
• Achieving cost saving and design requirements.

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for 2 building about (2120m2 built area) it’s cost 10,000,000 SAR
• Surveyed, graded and levelled construction sites within assigned timeframes.
• Checked technical drawings for adherence to standards, maintaining operational compliance.
• Prepared and reviewed engineering specifications, scopes of work, schedules of payments and associated documents.
• Documented daily progress, incidents and issue resolutions for accurate site records.
• Oversaw Quality Control (QC) for construction teams, delivering results in line with project specifications.
• Compiled and presented reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders.
