Project Brief : SEVEN's entertainment destination in Tabuk is situated on a land area of 40,000 square meters and covers a built-up area of 72,500 square meters. The entertainment zones included are Discovery Adventures/Edutainment, Family Entertainment Center (FEC), Bowling, Adventure Golf, AMC Cinema, Junior FEC, Multi-purpose Venue, and Hot Wheels/E-Karting.

Duties

• Developing and implementing BIM strategies and plans for projects, including defining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Overseeing BIM implementation and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, standards, and quality requirements.
• Reviewing and developing the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR) for BIM projects. Ensuring that these requirements are accurately documented and aligned with project objectives, standards, and industry best practices.
• Ensuring that the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) covers all project requirements specified in the EIR and AIR.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather necessary information and incorporating it into the BEP.
• Overseeing and managing the BIM Execution Plan, which outlines the BIM deliverables, responsibilities, and objectives for the project team.
• Creating the configuration for a model health checker tool to ensure that BIM models are integrated with the project workflow and adhere to project standards. • Managing and monitoring project performance across multiple projects through the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) dashboard in Power BI. Project : Doha Metro, Major Station Meshirp and Education City Station Infrastructure and Utility Buildings,

Project Brief : The Doha Metro is a planned rapid transit system in Qatar's capital city that is scheduled to become Operational by the end of 2019. It have four lines with an approximate overall length of 300 km and 100 Stations. It will be an integral component of the larger Qatar Rail network, which will include a long-distance rail for passengers and freight, linking Qatar to the GCC, and Lusail's city local light rail transit (LRT).

Duties

• Developing and implementing BIM execution plans in accordance with project requirements, client specifications, and industry standards.
• Coordinating with the engineering team and subcontractors to ensure that BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and meet project requirements and standards.

Project Brief : The project entails construction of three potable water mega reservoirs sites and interconnecting network of large diameter water pipelines. Each reservoirs site will ultimately comprise up to nine reservoirs, each of which will be the largest of their type in the world.
Contract Value : 1.9 billion $

Duties

• Developing and implementing BIM execution plans in accordance with project requirements, client specifications.
• Generated and analyzed clash reports to identify and resolve conflicts in BIM models, coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure that the BIM model met project requirements. Tracked and documented the resolution of clashes to provide a clear record of changes to the BIM model. Provided training and support to BIM team members on how to effectively use clash detection tools and how to interpret and resolve clashes.

Project Brief : The project comprises the construction of Container (Terminal – 1) and the internal and external port roads network including all services, pump stations & tanks for potable and firefighting water supply, foul water collection and treatment system, treated effluent (irrigation) system, two sewage treatment plants and electrical substations, telecommunications and associated networks, piling for crane beam, rails. In addition, nine buildings will be executed
EPC. The client is New Port Project Steering Committee (NPPSC). AECOM is the Program Management Consultant (PMC) and Worley Parsons is the Engineering Design Consultant (EDC).

Duties

• Prepare and review models of MEP services.
• Prepare, update and maintain BIM 4D and simulations/reporting (actual vs Planned) in accordance with the baseline schedule and the updated schedule (timeline) using Navisworks software.
• Coordinating BIM meetings with project stakeholders to discuss project requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Assist for developing BIM execution plans that outline the scope of BIM services, the level of development for BIM models, and the BIM deliverables for the project.

Project Brief : The scope of work for phase 1 of MPAC project is to construct a number of buildings and facilities in the project which are: Office and canteen, Medical center, Helipad, Central plant building, main electrical 33kV substation and associated infrastructure.

Duties

• Managing BIM team members, including BIM Coordinators, BIM Technicians, and other staff, to ensure that project deadlines are met and that BIM models and deliverables are accurate and complete.
• Conducting quality control checks on BIM models and deliverables to ensure that they meet project requirements and are accurate and complete.
