• First Fix Company, Planning manager, Preparing Baseline schedule detailed up to level 8 with resource & cost loaded, the project scope is to Supply & Installation of New Potable & Fire Network for King Khalid International Airport. Optimize the plan & schedule activities to achieve high efficiency of manpower & equipment's also with project cash flow. Preparing monthly, weekly, daily report & look ahead schedule including progress update and monitoring the productivity rate & compare it with baseline. Preparing delay notice to consultant/client then EOT with required delay analysis. Give full support to Senior Planners and manage the internal and external reports and give full support on EOT prepration (Full Support for Airport Project's and Red Sea Project's EOT with Time Impact Analysis). Planning for all company projects by primavera p6 with cost, earned value and any other details or reports needed for monitoring the projects activity including intelligence dashboard for projects. Cost & duration estimation for activities in projects and prepare complete detailed baseline schedule. Review all subcontractor's work progress vs actual achievement on site. Prepare full detailed schedule for bidding & new projects & baseline update for any change order & scope change including claim latter for client for any extra duration if needed. Monitoring the work progress vs planned schedule and alert the team work if there is any negative variance to take a corrective action.
• Najm Company, Projects & maintenance engineer, Handling & planning (Schedule & Budget) for all Najm new projects all over the kingdom as company expanding. Support for design stage through Revit model (Civil, Architecture & MEP) and study any possible impact for changes. prepare the budget, schedule plan & tender documents including BOQ, drawing & contract for new projects and send the required documents for bidding (RFQ). Analysis for all proposals and quotations and review vendors previous experience then prepare final recommendation. Support supervision on civil, finishing & mep works for new branches and najm call center office with data center. Maintenance & renovation work for old branches.
• Aljudi Arabia Company, Sr.planning engineer, Project completed: Over 29 projects have been completed during my work in Najm Company including new Dammam branch & Najm new main head office in Riyadh.
• Archi-Site Company, Site engineer, Assigned to work as a site engineer for one of the large construction projects in the kingdom (Rafal Tower) which consist of 73 floors (Residence & Kempinski international hotel). Complete finishing items (Gypsum Ceiling, Tiles, painting… etc.) for 5-Star hotel by applying full attention to required specification with good quality and scheduled time. Prepare for the work execution as per approved technical shop drawing.
