Client: DGDA (Diriyah Gate Development Authority), LEED Silver project for development of Heritage project listed under UNESCO in line with, KSA vision, consisting of food & beverage Units, water features, service units & overall MEP services

Duties:

• Managing, monitoring, and controlling site execution to align with project constraints including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resources
• Verification of implementation of LEED requirements to achieve required credits and prerequisites for targeted LEED certification level
• Overseeing and managing the procedures and set the guidelines for the T&C, O&M, training submissions and activities with structured monitoring & control
• Regular coordination meetings with contractor, suppliers, specialists, and service providers for optimum project delivery
• Close coordination with all disciplines to avoid discrepancies during execution
• Initiating guidelines for review of shop drawings, material, technical queries, invoices, change orders, etc
• Handling and following up official correspondences with contractor, PMC, and client.

Duties:

• Acting as Head of Core team to manage and organize review procedures for submitted documents, review timeline based on urgency and importance priority for different disciplines
• Managing procurement by identifying long lead items and identify relevant risks with its mitigation plan
• Performed in-depth QA/QC throughout the project ensuring achievement of the required quality level
• Conducting regular technical workshops with team and contractors to unify required quality standards and close any pending/outstanding issues
• Initiating the general procedures, guidelines, and operation readiness for the project TOC including the T&C, O&M, training manuals, etc.

• Wadi Qurtubah Compound & Retail Strip, Riyadh, KSA (2016 – 2018), Client: Solidere, Contractor: SLTCC. Residential compound includes buildings/Villas, Strip Mall, Club House, latest technology in low current systems supplied by 19 SEC substations.
• HRH Salmanya Palace Phase III, Tangier, Morocco (2016). Contractor: SBG & Saudi Oger. Highly rush project substantially completed in 6 months, top class royal buildings with built-up area 80,000 m2. Supervising the Electrical team, reviewing material and shop drawings, verification of work completion as per the project specs.
• King Saud University Endowment (KSUE), Riyadh, KSA (2010 – 2015), Client: KSU, Contractors: SBG & ABV Rock. Includes 14 towers (5-star Hotel, medical centers, offices, etc.) with all MEP services supplied through 4km service Tunnel with district cooling station to which I was assigned for besides the 5-Star Hotel.

Duties:

• Review shop drawings, material, technical queries, invoices, change orders, etc.
• Leading electrical supervision team in compliance with specs, drawings, and scope
• Close coordination with all disciplines to avoid discrepancies during execution
• Regular meetings with suppliers, specialists, and service providers for best solutions
• Issuing official correspondences such as NCRs, Site instructions, violations, etc.

Site/Technical Office Electrical Engineer 2006 – 2010

• Tendering, Pricing, preparation of Material submittals and shop drawings, cables cutting list, technical support to site team, negotiation with suppliers for best offers.
• Directing site staff, managing material store, issuing work orders, meeting with client and consultant, conducting inspections, erection of equipment and T&C
