In this role, I have taken on significant responsibilities beyond typical projects for driving transformational projects & cross-functional initiatives. Spearheaded the creation of technical business cases, project charters, risk mitigation plans. As the cost center owner with an annual spend of $400M,Implemented cost-saving initiatives to drive profitability.

• Leading Delivery for All Region wireless and Mission critical projects Strategic Budgeting and Financial Management
• Develop and manage the department's annual budget and realization plan, ensuring alignment with planning requirements and commercial demands. by building the projects charters. defining the tasks for the team and Vendors . Building the Project WBS and Gantt chart, defining the critical path and agree on the milestones.
• Prioritizing 2G/4G/5G expansions plans ,budget spend in line with the planning needs and priority based on Geo-marketing.
• Managing OSP, ISP and fixed network delivery in coordination with the Enterprise business unit to align their needs.
• Proactively Managing Project Risks: identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, anticipating and addressing issues before they escalate to ensure smooth execution.
• Building business case for change approval and support Decision making
• Forcing Project Control Methodologies and Best Practices by setting standards for project execution and define change request procedures for any change in time, cost or KPIs, document the change and perform impact assessment for such changes. .
• Enhanced team performance with regular coaching and feedback sessions.

• This Role Is accountable to Plans and manages the New sites rollout/Expansion of the deployment activities for whole customer network
• Ensure project requirements and deployment process by engaging and coordinating relevant stakeholders (Global Centres, local teams, etc.) and securing availability and accuracy of deployment work orders
• Monitors, reports and optimizes services delivery in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholders (e.g Monitor and control services delivery through operational KPIs
• Implements proactive change management to keep the deployment activities on track
• Ensures that schedules and forecasts are kept up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders
• Ensures that constraints and risks are managed successfully
