Project Scope : Development of a Wastewater Treatment Plant

( Tanks – Pump station – Substations – Pipe lines )

• Coordinate with the Design Manager during the detailed design stage of the Project to ensure Design Compliance with Client requirements and avoid any cost impact.
• Participate with engineering team to conduct thorough reviews of project designs and engineering shop drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, evaluate quality, and enforce safety standard.
• Monitoring and reviewing Sub-Contractors performance and give regular, objective feedback on progress and deal immediately with poor performance.
• Identify priorities and tasks and develop the organization structure to ensure the execution of tasks by providing clear direction on methods, time frames, and schedules to achieve the stated goals.
• Evaluating the progress of the Construction Methodology & Schedules for each package and taking necessary actions with relevant parties for deviations and time slippage.
• Responding with engineering team to all Requests for Information (RFI) and clarify details to contractors' queries.
• Participate with site Quality team to approve Material Submittals according to project specs.
• Attending Executive meetings and progress meetings.
• Attend design review meetings to clarify any technical queries prior to construction.
• Offer innovative solutions to tackle technical challenges and enhance overall project efficiency.
• Review and Approve contractor milestone invoices as per site activity completed.
• Managing the preparation of the Site Progress Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Communicate continuously with the Client representatives regarding Project Progress and areas of concern.

Project Name : Dammam Independent Sewage Treatment Plant

Project Scope : Development of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (48 Tanks – Pump station – Substations – Pipe lines )

• Reviewing buildings' outlines received from plant's process designer before initiation of detailed structural design
• Reviewing of issued structural designs, shop drawings and any technical data before submission for approval.
• Coordinating with the construction teams to determine priorities and critical activities
• Submitting sketches to resolve on-site issues
• Participate with Quality team to approve Material Submittals according to project specs.
• Facilitate the procurement of construction materials and equipment, ensuring their timely availability at the job site.
• Attending design review meetings to clarify any technical queries prior to construction.
• Offer innovative solutions to tackle technical challenges and enhance overall project efficiency.
• Review and Approve contractor milestone invoices as per site activity completed.
• Review and approve weekly and monthly construction progress reports before submitted to Clint representative.

Project Name : Ministry of Interior “KAP 1 Project”

Project Scope : Mixed-Use Buildings for Ministry of Interior

• Studying project's tender drawings with the specified technical standards (Specs) and reviewing of shop drawings and steel rebar bending lists
• Site supervision on construction of different types of concrete structures; buildings and water tanks
• Responding to all Requests for Information (RFI) and clarify details to contractors' queries
• Implementation of quality management & control program for the project and reporting it to the Area Manager
• Inspect all materials delivered to site as per approved material submittals (MIR)
• Issue and administer all Site Instructions and Non-Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up
• Review contractors' quality documents for work processes as per project specification
• Coordinate with the Planning department at the Head Office the project's work performance data

• Reviewing /Preparing shop drawings prior to site execution
• Reviewing all technical submittals issued by subcontractors prior to submission to consultant
• Coordinating with the construction teams to determine priorities and critical activities
• Preparing Requests for Information (RFI) documents concerning any contradiction or missing data

• Reviewing specifications, studying, and modifying shop drawings, purchase orders, subcontracts, inspection reports, delivery schedules, instruction manuals and technical data.
• Witnessing subcontractors' quality control inspections to ensure that the permanent works are as per contract, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings, and specifications.
• Review contractors' quality documents for work processes as per project specification.
• Reviewing subcontractors’ submitted shop drawings, invoices, design inquiries, material submittals, tie-in procedures, project schedules, and work permits, and coordinating with the concerned departments for obtaining their approval and/or comments.
