Responsibilities:

• Design and develop fire protection and fire alarm systems for industrial and commercial facilities in accordance with NFPA, SAF, client standards, and local regulations .
• Prepare hydraulic calculations , detailed layouts, riser diagrams, and schematics using AutoCAD and PipeNet .
• Select and specify fire pumps, sprinklers, valves, detectors, and suppression systems .
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings .
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and process disciplines to ensure system integration.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning .
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization studies.

Responsibilities:

• Developed and validated firefighting and plumbing design drawings and calculations for various commercial and residential projects .
• Conducted technical coordination meetings to resolve clashes and design conflicts.
• Reviewed BIM models and resolved BIM-related coordination issues .
• Monitored project schedules and budgets to ensure delivery under budget and ahead of schedule .
• Led design packages and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders.
