· Facilitate the implementation of NEOM safety standards and ISO 45001 OHSMS in Sindalah project.

· Review and analyze injury, property damage and statistical loss data and work with management to prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential

Hazards.

· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs through key performance indicators, data analysis and regular reporting to management.

· Lead inspections and safety audits to assess compliance with safety protocols, identify potentials hazards and recommend corrective actions.

· Develops control of identified hazards. Coordinates the implementation of controls from the result of hazard analysis.

· Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies and procedures and recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate workplace incidents, property damages and injuries.

· Support and guide Construction and operation team in establishing and processing HSE initiatives, programs, and procedures.

· Monitor HSE Performance of contractors/investors and ensure contractual and other relevant requirements are satisfied adequately.

· Provides technical leadership and guidance to all contractors/investors staff to ensure HSE standards and NEOM procedure and policies are understood and being enforced.

· Review and approve contractors/investors HSE documentations (Health, safety and Environmental Plan, Traffic Management Plans, Heat stress management plans, Traffic Management Plans, Emergency response plans, procedures, Plans, work permit systems, and Risk assessments and providing feedback and recommendations as necessary.

· Conducting HSE meeting on continual improvements with all contractors.

· Ensuring contractors/investors program of audit and monitoring activities are in place.

. Ensuring medical & emergency facilities and preparedness is as per risk posed to facilities and its effectiveness by continuing periodic drills.
