- Being the most senior management representative in the production line during daytimes, the Plant In-Charge serves as the point of contact between maintenance /production staffs and the key managers regarding maintenance / production matters
- Actively participates in suggestion schemes intended for the continuous development /improvement of the manufacturing processes and procedures
- Not before consultations with the Shift Supervisors, he can at his discretion make recommendations on personnel promotion within the production line based on acceptable criteria and his peculiar assessment
