• Take a work permit with authorized work permit receiver.

• Follow up job related rules and regulations.

• Monitoring of weather condition.

• Inspection of material before blasting for assessment of rust grade.

• Check the equipment like compressor, air receiver tank blasting pot, breathing apparatus,

CO2 Monitor are in good condition and perform properly

• Pipe Hoses coupling with safety pin tie lock etc.

• Check the all equipment like basting pot, air receiver tank, Co monitor, air less pump

machine etc.

• Take a blotter test.

• Check the air compressor pressure with needle gauge accordingly.

• Test of surface contamination (Salt Test)

• Checking of surface profile and cleaning before painting.

• Inspection of painting material (Batch No, expiry date, Brand Name etc).

• Monitor the Paint Store temperature regularly.

• Application of paint according to data sheets.

• Application of specified painting system according to temperature and metal.

• Measurement of WFT Test of surface contamination and DFT.

• Inspection of painted surface for DFT and Adhesion test.

• After dry Paint touch-up according to specification.

• Hand and power tools cleaning after finish the activity.

• Dossier completion and submission.

• Detection of coating faults and rectifies them according to specification.

• Final inspection of painting after touch-up.

• Raising of RFI (Request for Inspection).
