Managed and supervised infrastructure projects across Cairo zone, as below:

- FUSTAT Park Development project (Culture & Investment District) covering area of 500 Acres, in the heart of historic Cairo, including (Sewage, Storm water, Fire fighting ,Water, Irrigation, MV, LV, Lighting & Power) networks, with total budget 1.4 billion Egyptian Pound, under the leadership of Central Agency for Reconstruction & EHAF Consulting Engineers as consultant.

- The Central Park project in the New Administrative Capital involved overseeing the development of a 1,000-acre built-up area. Managed our company's scope of work, covering 120 acres and an estimated budget of 670 million Egyptian pounds. Responsibilities included implementing various networks, such as sewage, water, irrigation, MV/LV systems, and lighting.

- Managed the development and implementation of infrastructure networks at Baya Palm Hills - 6th of October, overseeing a total budget of 980 million Egyptian Pounds.

• Responded to escalated issues and implemented successful resolutions to resolve conflicts and restore project trajectory.
• Reviewed program plans to develop and coordinate activities.
• Met with stakeholders to collaborate and resolve problems.
• Met with users, vendors and technicians to determine computing requirements.

Managed and supervised work. Activities at the below projects:

- Managed the Jet A1 supply project for Hamad International Airport, overseeing the installation of two 132-kilometer gas pipelines from Ras Laffan Industrial City to Hamad International Airport, with a total budget of 900 million Qatari Riyal, under the leadership and consulting of Qatar Petroleum.

- Constructed Water Mega Reservoirs project - Package A, including three reservoirs with a capacity of 500,000 m3 each, as well as a pump station, lagoon, buildings, and infrastructure. Managed a total budget of 1.1 billion Qatari Riyal.

• Managing and supervision of all infrastructure activities.
• Assessed task completion to meet tight project deadlines.
• Encouraged team collaboration and motivated individual employees through positive reinforcement and technical recognition.
• Planned and completed group projects, working smoothly with others.

Managing and supervising the below projects:

- Led construction of Air defence housing (phase 2) for the Ministry of defence in the Eastern Region. Managed the development of twenty buildings, water tanks, septic tanks, and roads with a total project budget of 250 million Saudi Riyal.

- Oversaw the development of staff housing for MAGMAA University, comprising 33 residential buildings and a budget of 360 million Saudi Riyal.

Constructed Faculty of Science at Jazan University, encompassing a 12,000 sqm built-up area and a total budget of 160 million Saudi Riyal.

• Delegated work to staff, setting priorities and goals.
• Monitored progress by establishing plans, budgets and measuring results.
• Prepared staff work schedules and assigned team members to specific duties.

Took charge of project below:

- Completed the first phase of MADINATY city on Suez Cairo Road, encompassing a total built-up area of 33.5 million sqm under supervision & consulting of Engineering Consultant Group (ECG)
