Project Diriyah Square — Package 1C, Western Ring Road Gyratory / Tunnels Under WRR
Contract Value : 1.2 billion SAR

Project Scope :
The Package 1C comprises concrete structural works for a gyratory, utility and carriageway tunnels. These tunnels are located in various positions around WRR.
The scope also includes construction of a “Hero's Deck Bridge” that is located over an existing structure, as well as MEP works required to reinstate existing WRR to its original condition. Furthermore, there are additional MEP works that are embedded within concrete structure inside tunnels adding further complexity to scope.

Responsibilities
Manage and follow up planning team and ensuring all Reports deliver in time and with the required quality.

• Perform Delay Analysis and prepare Claim Report.
  Identifying and documenting delay event/s or factors that have caused delays in the project.
• Identifying and Determining the causation / responsibility for each identified delay event.
• Assessing project schedules evaluating each delay/s impact on project timelines.
• Prepare Claim summary presentation to show the Impact on Project completion and Contract Milestones.
• Continuous Follow-up / Record disputes and delay events.
  Conduct workshops with PMC and management to handle delay event/s.
• Responsible for developing any project plans, schedules and report.
  Prepare Internal summary Progress Report for Top Management.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to management on key issues and Concerned areas. This includes dashboards, Histograms, Project Issues,
• Coordinate / communicate schedule and project status with project Team, including engineering, Contract, Procurement, HSE, Quality Departments and Sub-contractors.
• Create detailed construction schedules, taking into account dependencies, resource availability, and constraints.
• Prepare Recovery, Revised, Target Schedule and action plans.
  Continuously monitor Project KPI's and resource data for internal and external purposes.
• Continuously monitor critical paths / Float Paths.
• Participating in and delivering presentations during the weekly internal meetings to provide updates on the project's progress, any encountered delays, and significant issues.
• Assisting the Project Director by handling business requests and conducting audits to ensure compliance of programs with the planning procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare / Review Daily, weekly, monthly and progress reports.

• Advanced level Using ERP-System To Follow Up Projects and Cost Status.
• Follow up on all planning and cost engineers for both HQ and all projects.
• Responsible for Developing / Prepare any Project Budget and approval.
• Responsible for Developing / analyze for any EOT and Cost Claims.
• Assist in the approval of any claim for time extension or major change to the schedule.
• Prepare Project Forecast Report "PFR".
• Prepare high level presentation to Top management and clarify the status of all projects for both schedule and cost.
• Perform planning functions for preparing Bid schedules and Project schedules.
• Perform and prepare Procurement Plan.
• Evaluate the time schedule status on Weekly / monthly basis across all projects with any delays or changes and reflect its impact on time and cost.
• Review Updates of all project schedules based on the Actuals and rates as per contract.
• Monitor critical activities of project schedule and analyze / evaluate effects on project overall.
• Development of different level schedules, including Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Installation.

Project : Modernization of Signalling System (Technical Building)

• Established Delay Analysis and EOT Claim .
• Responsible for Preparing and managing any Time schedule.
• Establishing the Progress Measurement weightages for Phases / Disciplines and Activities.
• Create WBS, Work Packages, and work Activities coordinating with project team and prepare progress measurement system, cost loading, and resources.
• Prepare project update schedule.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress report (histograms/S curves).
• Prepare variance report for management to show critical delays and how to cover.
• Prepare schedule lookahead and communicate with project team.
• Monitor critical activities of the project schedule and analyze effects on the project overall.
• Prepare Progress summary reports for Top Management.

Project: Appointed on All company projects

• Understand work scope, Contract and specs requirements and deliverables of various disciplines to cover total scope of project.
• Prepare Baseline, Set Detailed work programme and target milestones for each phase based on project Contract.
• Estimate Activity Duration And arrange Sequence As per logic and work type.
  Recourses and Cost Loading as per contract requirements.
• Update project schedule based on Actuals and rates.
• Create Look Ahead Schedule and communicate with project Team.
• Create Monthly / Quarterly planned Cash Flow and communicate with managements and project Team manage site probably to achieve target.
• Monitor critical activities of project schedule and analyze effects on overall project.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual Reports and analyses deviations from plans.
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Progress Reports.
• Preparing Recovery, Revised Schedule and target Schedule.
• Establish Procurement schedule and tracking logs.

• Managed overall 12 project.
• Review all Baseline Schedules submitted from contractors.
  Update & Track All Project schedule Status and report to CEO-(NWC) Jeddah Manager.
• Spotlight on delay and Take action to increase project performance during meetings.
• Review all Recovery and Revised Schedules from contractors.
• Review WBS, Work Packages, and Activities to be match with contract and schedule requirements.
• Prepares Daily / Weekly / monthly report reflecting work progress summary to management.
• Prepare and review look-ahead schedules .

Dammam and Makkah Silos Project:

Managing, Supervising and review all shop drawing and monitor activities on site including:

• Dewatering System, Pile works.
• Shoring System Supporting (Board, CFA and Secant Wall Piles & Prestressed Anchors).
• Formwork, Reinforcement and pouring concretes SLIP-FORM Works (Shuttering Setting out, Fixation, hydraulic jacks, Sliding, rebar installation and Stability checking).
• Q.A & Q.C for Concrete, Materials.
• All finishing works.
• Storm Drainage (Channels, Network and precast manholes).
• Layout and Precast Fence.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Check plans, drawings, and B.O.Q quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Check shop drawing with IFC to ensure that are matching.
• Sett out, leveling, surveying, and organizing facilities at site.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Performing required activities work during execution phase.
• Supervising quality and health and safety matters on site.
• Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring site labor force and work of any Sub-Contractors.
• Manage & Quantity Surveying of construction for Subcontractors' Works.
• Review Sub-Contractor work performance and project status updates.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Check, confirm and Deliver work ready to consultant through WIR.
  Preparing reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
• Prepare and request equipment and manpower resources required to finalize work.
• Provide input into scheduling of projects to meet client's required deadline and maintain construction resources to acceptable levels.
