• Test Planning and Execution: Developed and executed test plans across unit, integration, functional, and E2E phases.

• Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, and working with development teams to resolve them.
• Collaboration: Working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure testing aligns with project goals.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinating and overseeing UAT to ensure the software meets user needs.
• Mentoring and Leadership: Guiding and mentoring junior testers, and potentially leading testing efforts on projects.

• Project :Enhancment Billing system (Logisences) Telecom Domain.
• Duties & Responsabilits:-
• Requirement Analysis: Review enhancement specifications and assess their impact on current system behaviour and architecture.
• Root cause analysis and retested legacy systems to identify underlying bugs and business-critical issues, contributing to

improved system reliability and stakeholder confidence.

• Reporting & Documentation: Track and report test progress, defect metrics, and quality indicators to stakeholders.
• Integration & API Testing: Validate that new or updated APIs interact correctly with other modules and external systems.
• Regression Testing
  Re-test existing functionalities to confirm that enhancements haven't broken or degraded current features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align testing efforts with business goals.

Project : BSS Upgrade (Telecom Domain)

• Participate in design and requirement reviews , providing critical input on product functionality, testability, and potential risks.
• Analyze and review software requirements to design robust and comprehensive test scenarios.
• Conduct API and end-to-end (E2E) testing to validate system integrations and ensure seamless workflows.
• Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm alignment with business and user expectations.
• Perform usability testing to evaluate user experience and interface effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed test reports , documenting execution results, defects, and quality metrics for cross-functional teams.

• Test Planning & Design

Review and analyze software requirements and specifications.

Identify, log, and prioritize bugs using tools like IRTT

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex application issues within predefined SLA.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices.
• Create (workaround/ permanent) of systems in case of critical situations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments and upgrades.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain system configuration records.
• Lead incident management and escalate critical issues effectively.

• Monitoring, detecting and solving BSS/RAN alarms and escalating hardware fluty alarms to responsible team.
• Perform L1 troubleshooting on Network Elements.
• Open trouble tickets for network Incidents using tool: - Huawei IManager U2000.

• Install, configure, and maintain telecom equipment and network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults on-site or remotely
• Support RF planning, BTS/BSC/MSC integration, and transmission links
