Project 1 : Construction and upgrade of Dukhan Road, Al Gharaffa Street, and associated junctions and access roads, including road infrastructure improvements, public facilities, cycling tracks, parks, and a multifunctional community venue, enhancing transportation connectivity and public amenities in the project area.

Project 2 :New surface water collection network to include micro tunnels and pipes; new gullies and gully connections; Temporary and permanent shafts and manholes including associated hydraulic structures and flow control structures; and hydraulic connections to new and existing structures.
