• And determining what the directions are for the contractor to submit the remaining submissions for the project.
• ENGAGEMENT LEADING PROJECT TEAM & PROJECT QUALITY CONTROL : Follow up on the summary of the total engineers instructions issued and were closed (site instruction, site observation, non-conformance report, etc.) and a weekly evaluation for the quality scores of the contractor’s handling with corrective measures, and proactive action for project problems and execution project items.
• COORDINATION WITH OTHER ENGINEERING DISPLINIES: proactive coordination with the other disciplines of engineering specialties to ensure the execution of project activities without the need to repair works or need to add modification futurity.

• QUALITY CONTROL & VALIDATE STRUCTURAL SCOPE
• the construction submittals review : Review the structural shop drawings (SWD), method of statement (MOS), field inspection request (FRI), supplier prequalification (PQA) and material delivery to site submission (MIR & MRIR) in order to execution the structural project items as per project specification.
• Lead periodic meetings to determine project items execution plans by referring to the approved schedule baseline and project specification.
• Prior coordination with the rest of the engineering departments so that the requirements of other departments are implemented to avoid having to make amendments in the future after implementing the item.

• PROJECTS DELIVERABLES DELIVERY Monitoring and recording progress in the delivery, transmission, sustainment of program components' deliverables by following the procedures: -
• REVIEW DEFECT REPORTS submitted by end-users and update its registers for various program components. Acknowledge whether it is a defect resulting from the end operator’s failure to implement periodic maintenance in accordance with Operations & Maintenance manuals, or an execution defect that must be corrected by the contractor.
• TRANSITION AND SUSTAINMENT OF PROJECTS DELIVERABLES: Follow-up and update status reports of deliverables of program components and take the necessary procedures to keep pace with the pace of delivery of projects outputs to the operational phase (Commissioning & testing Records & O & M Manuals, handling over Tools & Spares, Warranties & Defects and documentation)
• CLOSURE PROGRESS THE SNAG LIST Follow-up and update the status reports of the closing elements of the Snag list for the various Program components.
• EVALUATE PROGRESS & REPORTING DETAILED REPORTS Based on the previous three points, the program communications are managed by preparing the necessary letters and reports and submitting to the concerned stakeholders (sponsor, end user, contractors...etc) in accordance with the communication management plan.

• VALIDATE PROJECT SCOPE: Coordination between the engineering disciplines (architectural, mechanical, etc.) to ensure completion of the elements to be executed manner in accordance with the approved relevant references without any defect that entails for future modifications to provide requirements from the other engineering departments.
• REPORTING & MONITORING PROGRESS PROJECT: Documenting actual project progress, monitoring, following up, providing guidance, and identifying risks to avoid delays in project deliverables and accelerate project delivery.
• MANGE STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT Representing the project manager in various meetings with external stakeholders, such as coordinating how to connect project infrastructure networks to local networks and coordinating with surrounding projects to ensure all surrounding projects are not obstructed.
• COORDINATION WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES: Following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project and participating in negotiations with the regulatory agencies & local authorities to support and follow up on the delayed licenses to avoid obstructing the project's activities.
• DEFINE CIVIL SCOPE: identify civil works scope in accordance with the technical specifications and design drawings.
• REVIEW STRUCTURAL DESIGNS: Review the designs & Technical queries, and all relevant documents as per quality insurance procedures and making the necessary structural accounts to determine the most appropriate structural system and ensure structural integrity.
• QUALITY CONTROL & VALIDATE SCOPE: verify Civil activities Execution (earthworks, reinforced concrete, infrastructure...etc) including selection and verification of construction materials, review of shop drawings & Construction method statement, Ensuring compliance with on-site material delivery in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, conducting the periodic necessary inspections in order to ensure the civil scope works were executed in accordance with professional practices and the approved relevant references.
• REVIEW SCHEDULES: Reviewing the schedule submitted by the contractors and ascertaining the activities' durations and check of the relationships between them in order to study and implement them realistically and to determine what are the precautionary measures to avoid delays or repetition of the implementation of the works.
• MAINTAIN PLAN TO SUPPORT ONGOING ENGAGEMENT: leading periodic meetings with various stakeholders from contractors and owner representatives to follow up on the progress in implementing the scope of the project in accordance with the approved reference line in the schedule, identify and monitoring risks, resolving issues and disputes in various engineering departments.

• RISKS MANAGEMENT: Identify risk by developing and updating the project risk register, Quantify, assessing and control risks related to the project & carry out regular risk reviews, workshops, and audits in line with the Risk Management
• VALIDATE EXECUTED ARCHITECTURAL SCOPE: verify architectural activities Execution ( masonry works, plastering, painting, various floor finishes, false ceiling works, etc.) including verifying the conformity of the supply of materials to the site with what is previously approved (material delivery on site) and conducting periodic necessary inspection requests in order to ensure that the project works are carried out in accordance with accepted professional practices and the approved relevant references.

• CONTROL & VALIDATE CIVIL SCOPE EXECUTION: Conduct periodic inspection requests to ensure verity project civil activities were executed as per approved drawings, construction method statements, and project technical specifications

• CONTROL & VALIDATE REINFORCEMENT CONCRETE WORKS: verify and oversees the execution of various civil activities related to the reinforcement steel, carpentry shuttering works, installation scaffolding, and pouring concrete for the various structural concrete elements (slab on grads, retaining walls…etc) in order to ensure the handover a 153-meter reinforcement concrete tunnel connecting between The HARAMAIN HIGH-SPEED TRAIN PROGRAM and King Abdul-Aziz Airport.
• CONTROL & VALIDATE ARACHECTEURE WORKS: Conduct periodic inspection requests to ensure proper execution of architectural activities (masonry works, Epoxy Flooring, painting anti-carbonation) in order to ensure that the project works are carried out in accordance with professional practices and the approved relevant references.

QUILITY INSURANCE: Develop quality assurance procedures and control the execution processes, which led to faster delivery of projects and a decrease in customer complaints due to a reduction in the emergence of Construction defects after projects are delivered to clients.

• EXECUTE HUGE STRUCTURAL CONCRETE ELEMENTS: Led and managed the various project resources (steel fixers, carpenters...etc.) and coordinated with the project team to carry out the steel reinforcement and carpentry works and pouring concrete for the Raft Foundation foundations with a depth of 4.4 m and hexagonal columns by diameter 2.27 m so that the work of pouring the foundations was carried out and delivered permanently according to the shop drawing plans. • EXECUTE POST-TENSILE CONCRETE BEAMS: Led and managed the various project resources (steel fixers, carpenters .... etc.) and coordinated with the project team to execute reinforcement works, pouring concrete and tightening post Prestressed beams so that the construction beams and pre-stressed concrete beams were executed and delivered according to the shop drawings plans.
