  • Submit reports for sales and marketing every week and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships with key decision makers, doctors, and key customer personnel and always work toward enhancing such relations.
  • Effective use of the company’s sales aids and marketing data to secure deals.
  • Follow up on the operational performance of the customer’s technical staff and sales specialists.
  • Effectively attending conferences and workshops to update information about the latest technologies.
  • Possess market awareness, competitor’s activities/events, and competitor’s pricing changes. Submit quotations regarding installation, consumables, maintenance, and extended warranty.
