• Update the credit policy by focusing on enhancing the credit risk control
• Manage the credit risk of 2 main channels ( Wholesale and Out of Home ) - Manage some of the key accounts and reconcile the statement of account on quarter basis
• Manage the AR % and make sure to achieve the target
• Ad hocks analysis related to the cash management , AR and Credit control such as ( Cash flow projection, ECL model and Murabaha report)
• Manage 4 depots around the kingdom by managing the daily cash in transit and make sure to avoid any hassles.

• Work with a team on a platform specialize in Umrah sector
• Mainly responsible for the financial side such as the payments scenarios, market study, comparative between the competitors and study the financial services options.

• Main responsibilities in the Budgeting and Reporting department: - Developed an Asset and Liability Committee Report ( ALCO) - Participated in modeling Higher Managemt Committee Report (HMC) - Developed different reports to desicion makers such as Structural Interest Rate Gap Report - Prepared different AdHocks from different departments
