1. Validating and approving termination/Resignation initiated in oracle.
2. Follow up for clearance from Project.
3. Submission of clearance to Payroll for employee final settlement.
4. Dealing with travel agency for final exit ticket.
5. Advise GR for final exit.
6. Attending Exit interview.
7. Cancelling Medical insurance after complete process of off boarding.
Data Admin:
·Reporting to HR Manager.
·Company attendance approximately 30,000 employees.
· Follow up daily requirements and report required by HR director.
· Handling complete process of termination, Resignation and End of Contract.
· Follow up with sites for final settlement documents.
· Issuing termination letter based upon management advice.
·Arranging Passport for employees going on final exit.
·Arranging one way ticket booking for the final exit employees.
· Arranging Final Exit employee transport.
· Follow up End of Service settlement payments from finance.
·Handling employees regarding complaints against EOS.
·Generating reports as required by Manager.
· Handling exit interviews before employee leave.
