• Make Time Schedule for Dammam Data Center with Full Resource Loading [Manpower + Material + Non Labor] using Mapping Sheet
• Make Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report for the Client.
• Make Weekly Visualization reports to show the Status of the Project Using Power BI
• Make a Weekly Presentation to the Client using Power Point to show Engineering Status, Construction Status and the Rout Cause of Delays.
• Make an EOT Using Time Impact As Planned Method.

• Create a baseline for Under ground water tank with a capacity of 10,000 cubic Meter and Utility Buildings.Also Create a baseline for Sewage Treatment Plan with Daily Discharge 6000 m3 per Day.
• Assign Budgeted cost with total 465,000,000 EGP with full resources and Project Duration 12 Months for Water Tank and 24 Months for Sewage Plant.
• Prepare Data, Analysis and make decision for the delays that happened every month.
• Make Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• Make Recovery Plan & Revised Schedule according to the Delay Responsibility.

• Create a baseline for nine clusters with its engineering Drawings and Material Procurement.
• Assign Budgeted cost with total 1,325,848,533 EGP.
• Assign resources ( Labors , Material and Equipment to Monitor and control the project.
• Make an EOT Using AS Planned Impacted Analysis.
• Make Dashboards using Excell , Power BI and Tableau like Weekly Report,Monthly Report and Delay analysis Report.
• Make a Portfolio Dashboards Like Work Volume Dashboard,Concrete Dash boards and Area of Concern Dashboards.

• Planning Engineer Who Create the Baseline , Monitor the progress of the Project with the Daily ,Biweekly and Monthly Report , Make Presentation for the status of the project and made recovery plans to mitigate any delays.
• Assign Resourced and Budgeted Total Cost for Six Solar Plants with Totally 600,000,000 Dollar and Project Duration for Each Two Plant is 12 Months.
• Create an EOT using As Planned Impacted Analysis methods.

• Contribute as part of the Project Management team responsible for driving the organization to meet the Detailed Schedule by developing, tracking, and maintaining complex schedules for project (Benban solar plant100 MWp).
