* Maintain  Zero Accident Philosophy, and ensure Sub contractor’s compliance to the project ES&H plans.

* Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed efficiently and safely .

* liaise with the different stakeholders involved  ( subcontractors , suppliers,  government entities  , clients ,  )  . 

* Ensure  that the Quality requirements are met, and the works are executed as  per IFC drawings, standards, codes, and project specifications

* Responsible for issuing all appropriate reports as agreed and in the correct format.

* Develop overall coordination and co-operation of contractors in order to minimize interface problems.

*Report and monitor construction project progress against the schedule and cost plan highlighting concerns providing recommendations and implementing any agreed mitigation measures .
