Supervising and managing crew personnel in rig site to deliver service quality to Aramco as client in various specialties such as Cutting dryer systems utilizing Auger cuttings transfer to either Shaker dryer system and Vert-G system. Managing waste disposal in rig site and recycling waste fluids to minimize well cost.

Supervising and managing Centrifuge operations and personnel, troubleshooting and maintenance on site.

Running Mud / Frac tanks including fluids transfer, mixing and storage.

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times, Repair, maintain, set up and rig down solids control equipment, Service and maintain solids control equipment on a weekly basis, Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues as well as any other issues that arise, Complete all required paperwork daily (safety documents, JSA’s, work orders, service records and daily reports).

Technician for solids control equipment (shale shaker, Mud cleaner, Desander, Desilter cutting drying Augers, Hi- G Dryers, Shakers) and for centrifuge units (centrifuge 518 FH and electrical, cd 500, cd 600), working on off-sure and on-sure rigs, holding Huet and H2S cards, reporting on daily basis, attending seminars and workshops related to job description.

Maintenance of all Solid Control Equipment of our Company (System on Rig, cutting drying Augers, Hi- G Dryers, Shakers, Cuttings Re Injection and Mud Tanks

Installation and Operating these equipment on the Rigs (Land & Offshore)
