• Coordinate with sales & purchasing departments to place the orders
• Plan and manage Logistics , Warehouse and Transportation
• Keep Track of quality , quantities , stock levels , delivery times ,transport costs
• Coordinate with supplier for shipping schedule details and insure that shipments will arrive on time
• Coordinate with clearance agents to clear the goods as soon as possible to avoid any demurrage
• Prepare and Appling for import permissions if required for the ( MOI material )
• Resolving any arising problems or complaints
• Prepare the pre-clearance application for the DG ( dangerous

goods).

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

• Responsible for the production process
• Prepare the raw material
• Oversee the mixing of raw material to be sure that it's done according to the formulation
• Make sure that the final product is in compliance with the required specifications.

• Detection on imported materials and to ensure compliance with the specifications and standards required.
