I have previously online psychiatry clinic since 2019 using WhatsApp business application , session run by video or voice call for equal or more than 45 min per session ( analyze different psychiatric complains by taking a details history and make a diagnosis then i put management plan ).

• Volunteer as general practitioner doctor in gold mining areas due to an outbreak of watery diarrhea , under supervision of ministry of health of northern state of sudan (for 1 week in 2016)
• Volunteer as general practitioner doctor within the peace support convoy in blue nile state under the supervision of the ministry of culture in khartoum state , the program included free medical clinics from different specialties ,artists and sports teams also participated ( for 1 week in 2017).
• Medical convoy to the merowe region in northern sudan , during undergraduate period 2013.
• Member of a non-gov voluntary organization named ( patients support organization _PSO) since 2010 , I established a branch of the organization in dongola city 2013. The organization works to help in providing medications and medical lab investigations fees for the patients who suffering in governmental hospitals .PSO branch of dongola work until today under volunteers of medical students from dongola university .
• participated in the volunteer campaign to rehabilitate el tigani al mahi psychiatric hospital which is the oldest and most famous psychiatric hospital in sudan, 2019.
• Coordination the celebration of world mental health day 2022 in buraidah central hospital , included talking about mental health awareness and other activates .
• Volunteer to check and follow up cases of dementia in (al daw hajoj for the care of the elderly) which is one of the elderly home care in khartoum north ,sudan 2021 .
• Founder and group manger of ( Sudanese Anxiety Support Group -SASG) which is a biggest platform on facebook in my country for raise awareness about mental health . Its help in directing different questions of members about mental disorders , help in how to access to the psychiatric and psychotherapy clinics easily , and also work as guidance of pharmacies that provide psychotropic medications due to their lack of easy availability in Sudan and other activities .Members of SASG now is more than 83000 members since 2018 and the group work under administration of many psychiatrists and psychotherapists (https://www.facebook.com/groups/227958077803759/?ref=share_group_link).

I participated in coordination of a team that arranged a celebration of World Mental Health Day,2020 in Northern State of Sudan. The event was held in collaboration with the health insurance administration, University of Dongola , and the ministry of health in the northern state. It was a one-week trip to contribute to filling the gap of mental health services there through firstly, training the non mental health medical professionals (GP, nurses, medical assistants, etc ) in the mental health Gap program. In addition building capacity in planning for implantation for mhGAP in north state. secondly, teaching medical students about the identification and management of common psychiatric disorders and choosing psychiatry as a career. thirdly, running free psychiatric clinics and raising awareness about mental health through the traditional media. Finally, I was one of the organizers and the speakers at a symposium about the challenges facing mental health services in the northern state and the solutions.

I Participated in the plan of ministry of health in sudan about mental health and psychosocial support interventions (MHPSS) during covid19 pandemic. Worked with a group of psychiatrists and psychologists in counseling and support cases of covid19 depending on MHPSS national protocol which modified by ministry of health of Sudan.

We used private phones for contact with patients ,make reports about mental condition , and take decision about psychological intervention or giving psychotropic medications in need.
