Project : Security Forces Medical City In Riyadh (1200 Beds) ,11 Billons.

1- Supervises and Manages all MEP Construction Team.

2- Manage and Control the specialist subcontractors ,review and approved their invoices.

3-Montring and control site progress, quality of work and budget according to the project plan and documents.

4-Coordinate and cooperate with all other departments (HR, technical procurement ,safety ,Q.C and project control) to ensure a smooth and beneficial work.

5-Attend regular meeting with higher management and consultant managers to discuss the project progress and key issues .

6- Manage, Monitoring and supporting all MEP team

Projects:

1- Five star Hotel By Millennium in Tabuk (218 bed rooms)

2- Border Guard Institute and Dormitories (KAP2A ,Riyadh) for Ministry Of Interior.

3- MOI Housing Complexes In Jazan Area.

Reposabilities:

• Implement all MEP works inside buildings plus MEP Infra Works
• Supervises and manages all MEP construction team.
• Manage and control the subcontractors , review and approved their invoices
• Supervises the construction progress, quality and budget according to the Project plan and documents.
• Coordinate with all company departments (Technical, procurement, Q.C, Project Control, and Project Management) to ensure a smooth and beneficial work
• Ensure all drawings, material submittals, material requests, Method statements and material delivery as per the project schedule.
• Attending regular meetings with project management, consultant managers to discuss project progress and Key issues.

• Project:
• King Saud university girl's camp (46 buildings, 95000 Sq-mtr.) By 11 billon SR Riyadh.

1- The Utility Building (Bldg.34 contains chillers, boilers, pump room, water tanks ,switchgears and transformers).

2- Faculty Of Dentist, Faculty of Nursing and Research Center.

Responsibilities:

• Review and study shop drawings to ensure no design mistakes and coordinate with technical team for any modification required.
• Review and approved all material orders to ensure it matches with material submittals and project specifications.
• Monitoring, control and support all mechanical team.
• Attend the regular meetings with project management and other departments.
• Prepare Monthly reports for site progress.
• Monitoring and control all site progress ,quality of work and budget.

• Projects :
• King Fahd Hospital (500 beds)
• Cardiology Center (7 floors) (25000 M2)
• Faculty of Medical Science (20000M2)
• Responsibilities:
• Prepare Monthly Reports for site progress.
• Attend regular meetings with client, consultant and sub-contractors
• Coordinate with procurement for Equipment Delivery.
• Manage and Control the subcontractors.
• Coordinate with consultant, subcontractors and the client and solve the work problems.

• Project : Maternity and Children Hospital. Jeddah
• Operation and Maintenance of Air Conditioning System.
• Operations and maintenance all refrigeration systems in the hospital (medical stores, blood bank, mortuary refrigerators).
• Supervision and manage the contractor who replacement HVAC system.
• Prepare the monthly report for operation and maintenance.
• Order the spare part required.

• Responsibilities:
• (1) Operation and maintenance central Air Conditioning.
• (2) Installation of package unit and split units
• (3) Training the new technicians
• (4) Prepared technical specifications of contracts
• (5) Prepared annually plan for required spare parts
• (6) Prepared monthly report about the activities in the department
• (7) Manage and supervise all the technicians in the department
