 Create and measure expected variation list with equivalent cost and submit it to main contractor.

 Request the required materials for site installation and following up the delivery time.

Responsibilities:

 Construe project specifications and standards related to all Mechanical Systems.

 Review the design drawings of the project and redesign as per latest Client’s requirements.

 Build material takeoff based on approved shop drawings

 Arranging Procurement List and contacting suppliers to meet and comply with the project specification.

 Generate a technical evaluation report for several suppliers.

 Prepare the Pre‐Qualification and Material Submittal Package for all Mechanical Systems.

 Create a project timeline, assigning deadlines to the required tasks of the project and synchronizing it to

main project timeline.

 Request the required materials for site installation and following up the delivery time.

 Proceeding with installation and pre‐commissioning of all the systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Ro system & FF).

Project: King Abdullah Project for Development of Security Headquarters (KAP2D, 2E), KSA Client: MOI (Ministry of Interior).

Responsibilities:

 Construe project specifications and standards related to all Mechanical Systems.

 Review the design drawings of the project and build the BOQ based on the approved design.

 Contact suppliers to meet and comply with the project specification.

 Generate a technical evaluation report for several suppliers.

 Prepare the Pre‐Qualification and Material Submittal Package for all Mechanical Systems.

 Build material takeoff based on approved shop drawings.

Responsibilities:

 Reviewing approved shop drawing before execution on site and ensure its accuracy and provide necessary guidance.

 To follow up work on site and to assure its quality and that all works according to plumbing codes and shop drawings.

 Liaise with Construction Managers and provide assistance when requested.

 To conduct inspection at site and provide necessary on‐site directions and instructions.

 To establish coordination and hold meetings with the client/consultant to discuss work progress on site.

 Coordinating with other team members, architects and Civil engineers in charge.

 Prepare and review schedules, construction methods and procedures as assigned.

 Follow up project schedules.

Project: Marassi Resort, package 17A – North coast, Egypt

Client: Emaar Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

 Interpret specifications, standards and local regulations related to Mechanical HVAC systems installation

 Review Mechanical HVAC & Plumping Shop Drawings and Diagrams related to project

 Request the required materials needed for site installation

 Establish the delivery and installation schedule for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd fix materials

 Plan and mobilize the resources required for systems installation

 Inspect the process of installation and pre‐commissioning of the concerned systems.
