Managed Package-1 at Al-Haram Mosque Gateway, overseeing construction of four hotel towers across 5-star and 4-star categories, including Hilton Embassy Suites (4-star), Taj (5-star), and Kempinski (5-star) hotels, along with Kempinski luxury residential towers. Scope also included two six-storey upscale retail malls featuring sky lobbies, roof garden amenities, and public plazas integrated with Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station, with total built-up area of 285,025 m², ensuring seamless public transport connectivity. Supervised Package-2 adjacent to Haramain High-Speed Railway Station, comprising three 4-star Hilton Garden Inn hotel towers and retail outlets, and optimised design for total plot area of 7,868 m² and built-up area of 122,682 m², enhancing accessibility, architectural quality, and overall tourism experience.

• About Project : Located on Ibrahim Khalil Road, directly opposite Holy Kaʿbah in Makkah, Jabal Omar Development Project is landmark urban regeneration initiative designed to support religious, social, and commercial activities for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims throughout year. Project includes hotel accommodations, commercial and retail spaces, car parking facilities, public spaces, and supporting amenities. Scope involved turnkey construction of four 5-star hotels, 10-storey podium comprising retail areas, furnished apartments, and technical floors, dedicated hotel entrances and lobbies, and four towers ranging from 19 to 22 floors in height.

Scope comprised construction of Squadron Operations Facility, Full Mission Trainer, Aerospace Ground Equipment Maintenance Facility, Weapon Release Gun System Shop, Maintenance Hangar, Avionics Pod Facility, Corrosion Control Facility, Fuel System Maintenance Hangar, aircraft parking aprons with sunshades, taxiways, compass calibration pad, and associated site infrastructure. • About Project: Eighty-foot-high sculpture built by American artist and sculptor Richard Serra, located in Museum of Islamic Art Park, Doha, Qatar. Unveiled December 2011, sculpture stands as tallest public art piece in Qatar and tallest work ever conceived by Richard Serra, marking first sculpture showcased by artist in Middle East. Constructed from seven steel plates arranged in heptagonal form, work celebrates scientific and spiritual significance of number seven in Islamic culture. Sculpture rests on man-made plaza extending 250 feet (76 meters) into Doha harbor.

• About Project: Located in Gharafat Al Rayyan on Dukhan Highway, Doha, project involves construction of convention centre comprising six storeys plus basement, with overall dimensions of approximately 250 metres in length and 110 metres in width. Total construction area is 150,000 m², including 60,000 m² of reinforced concrete works and 90,000 m² of structural steel works. Facility includes 2,500-seat auditorium, 500-seat theatre, and 4,000-seat multi-purpose hall, along with breakout rooms. Centre is designed to host exhibitions, conferences, music events, and art festivals.
