Project includes hotel accommodations, commercial and retail spaces, car parking facilities, public spaces, and supporting amenities. Scope involved turnkey construction of four 5-star hotels, 10-storey podium comprising retail areas, furnished apartments, and technical floors, dedicated hotel entrances and lobbies, and four towers ranging from 19 to 22 floors in height.

Constructed from seven steel plates arranged in heptagonal form, work celebrates scientific and spiritual significance of number seven in Islamic culture. Sculpture rests on man-made plaza extending 250 feet (76 meters) into Doha harbor.

Total construction area is 150,000 m², including 60,000 m² of reinforced concrete works and 90,000 m² of structural steel works. Facility includes 2,500-seat auditorium, 500-seat theatre, and 4,000-seat multi-purpose hall, along with breakout rooms. Centre is designed to host exhibitions, conferences, music events, and art festivals.
