  • Performed the first desensitization transplants for highly sensitized patients (cPRA ≥99%) in the Kingdom.
  • Pioneered the first surveillance protocol biopsy and DSA monitoring program for low-risk pediatric kidney transplant recipients in the Kingdom, enabling early detection and treatment of subclinical injury and improving long-term graft outcomes; results presented at IPTA Berlin, 2025.
  • Published the first pediatric kidney alone transplant in PH1 on Lumasiran in the kingdom and the 3ed international with exceptional outcomes;
