  • Perform all analytical for accepted routine, non-routine. This including but not limited to hydrocarbon, polymers, Metal , fertilizer, oil & water samples ,Perform special sample analysis that has SOP ref with known parameters.
  • Ensure that the received samples are safe to handle & in proper condition with the right identification label as per MS lab procedure before conducting the analysis
  • Carryout the sample analysis as per the reference, Receive the sample through LIMs System before carryout the sample analysis & make sure the LIMS ID is tagged on sample container/cylinder LAB SOP
  • Prepare chemical solutions and reagents for all analysis including standardization if required.
  • Report the analysis result through LIMS System timely and confirm off-spec result if any.
  • Raise QIR for off spec result related to final product
  • Make the housekeeping before leaving his working area.
  • Carryout SPC for all LAB equipment as per reference schedule
  • Report SPC result in LIMS & discuss the variations with SABIC supervisor / area chemist/ analyst.
  • Responsible for the disposal of samples leftover as per LAB waste management procedure.
