• My duties and responsibilities at Tahakom are to implements SAP S/4 Hana system by using ACTIVATE methodology in the organization for the below areas: SAP ERP S/4 Hana with FIORI interface in (Finance, Supply chain, procurement, HR, Sales, Plant maintenance) SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ARIBA systems
• After we went live successfully with SAP system, I worked as functional team leader with 7 team members support on the following modules, S/4 system – MM, PM, SCM and SD Plus Ariba application
• Daily business support activities including all types of tickets (SR - Incident - CR) within agreed SLA
