- Contribute to formulation and implementation of new structures/ strategies
- Price a variety of structured products strategies
- Provide clients with timely markets and underlining analysis and strategies
- Keep abreast of industry-related news flow. Analyze implications of news/industry developments to companies under coverage
- Day to day monitoring of overall clients positions and due expiries
- Participate in managing portfolios of existing clients
- Provide a detailed monthly report/ outlook of existing portfolios' performances for major clients
- Understanding investor's appetite, risk and return profile and matching that with the most appropriate investment solutions/products
- Going through companies' financial statements
- Provide clients with technical and fundamental security analysis on a variety of underlying within potential trades/ trade ideas
- Report and discuss ideas generated by our team members with the Sales team

- Joined Samba Financial Group upon graduation in early 2014
- Went through a rigorous training & elimination program for Saudi fresh graduates along with 42 other trainees
- This training program consisted of both classes and on the job rotation
- By the end of the program, I'd passed the training program along with 17 other trainees
- I was then appointed as an analyst in the treasury department (Front Office)
