• Generate P & IDs index report to specify line number, tag number, location, system, I/O type, I/O signal, I/O source, I/O destination, and service description for each instrument device, tool, & equipment.

• Create MR (Material Requisitioning) to specify the required material through SAER, SAEP, & SAES.
• Creating TCR (Technical Clarification Request) to ensure the technical approval for ARAMCO approved suppliers & vendors.

• FEED (Front End Engineering Design) verification.
• Follow up with ARAMCO plan for 30%, 60% & 90% to receive the IFC.

Projects at SASREF, Samsung (APOC), & ZAMIL IN SABIC HADEED

• Review schedule, monitor & control project progress to execute activities per project schedule and within scope specifications
• Generate frequent reports & highlight appropriate recommendation
• Manage effective allocation of resources and distribute tasks based on job nature
• Coordinate and align project activities with all involved stakeholders
• Work with Project and Procurement to ensure material availability at project sites
• Insure accurate project documentations and records

Executing Shutdowns at Saudi Aramco Gas Plants, SABIC, SASREF & S-CHEM

• Managed Shutdown activities and assigned resources to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze daily work progress against planned and take necessary corrective action.
• Calculate the needed manpower, tools, equipment, and materials for the project/shutdown, plus calculating the profit margin of each job order.
• Escalate Quality and Safety issues with Client and get timely resolution.

• Effectively performed maintenance activities on Thermo Luminescent Dosimeter (TLD) machine to ensure the machine is operated in compliance with applicable environmental regulations
• Took periodic TLD reading and noted overexposure dose, while simultaneously conducted impact assessments and generated reports
• Measured the concentrations of radiological contaminants in environment and assessed the potential impacts the environment
• Ensured all activities are in accordance established parameters by applying safety zoning, calibration, and wipe test for radiation source
• Provided engineering and technical support to all the Mechanical works
