- Car parking building with a capacity of (400) cars.
- Utility Building.
- Plaza of Green spaces and pedestrian paths with parking lots for cars and buses.
The project cost $1.5 billion.
• Riyadh Metro Project
It is part of the King Abdulaziz Project for Riyadh Public Transport, consist of six metro lines spanning a total length of 176 kilometers, with 85 stations. The project cost $22.5 billion.
