1.Ras Al Hadd Resort (2020)-Oman.
The Ras Al Hadd project developed by QDRH in coordination with GHM is a 250-key 5-star Hospitality Development consisting of a Hotel Main Building, Spa, Beach Club, Specialty Restaurant, and Chedi Villas (50 Keys). The projects site is near the existing Ras Al Hadd village, which contains the Ras Al Hadd Fort - a popular local tourist attraction.
2.Phase 1 and Phase 2 for Container Terminal (CT2) Hamad Port Doha/Qatar.
The scope of this project involves the construction of Phases 1 & 2 of the Container Terminal at Hamad Port in Qatar. Works for the development of Phase II of Hamad Port have already started. With the works progressing on schedule, the second container terminal (CT-2), which is part of the expansion project, is set to become operational by next year.
3.Remote Transfer Baggage Facility (RTBF)/Qatar.
Hamad International Airport (HIA) is undergoing a multi-stage expansion to accommodate current growth.
