• Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.

• Advises Subcontractors on the interpretation of plans, recommends changes when necessary. Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.

• Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes.

• Reviews Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines.

• Provides advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions.

• Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects.

1. management at the project level

Initiation development and maintenance of federated models for coordination purpose , including but not limited to reporting of BIM and engineering issues value engineering and special applications as per the nature of the project.

• Preparation or support to prepare technical report sat the project level, relevant to his field of play (discipline/trade).

• Initiation of development and maintenance of 4D and 5D models as per project requirements and in coordination with Client operational teams.

• Initiation development and maintenance of procedures, defined in collaboration with the BIM Manager, to validate information models data integrity, extract and manipulate information data.

• Develop BIM designs for various architectural designs and the coordination between other disciplines. Author 3D BIM model as per the design/construction intent incorporating data requirements and associated specifications.

• Solve coordination issues in engineering and modeling.

• Create and modify the Revit families and templates.

• Understand the other disciplines (MEP and Civil) systems and trades. Develop the design/drawings according to LOD and LOI in coordination with other disciplines. (250 TO 400)

• Report to the Direct Manager any appearing problem or progress as well as with the other disciplines in case of changes/developments.

• Working on 4D & 5D.

• Elaborate and monitor the QA/QC and integrity of the BIM process and deliverables. Author BIM as per the design/construction intent incorporating data requirements and associated specifications.

• Extract all BIM use deliverables (i.e. All Drawings, BOQs, and Clash Reports).Perform Q.C. Check deliverables documents for graphic presentation and accuracy.

• Support in all design stages starting from early concept design to the construction phase, as-built documentation, and what follows after construction from maintenance to facility management and possible future renovation.
• Prepare design proposals for the clients.
• Develop concept and schematic design according to the project brief (schematic plans, sections, elevations, schedules, etc.)
• Develop the design/drawings according to LOD and LOI in coordination with other disciplines.
