Maintain accordingly to ensure continued output, quality and safety. Define targets for permitting, design and construction in terms of timelines, dead lines and budget/costs. Monitor the production of the planning drawings and review as necessary.
Ensure that the Customer CW designs are reviewed by Client, coordinate different expert evaluation and ensure keeping timelines overall.
Monitor the build permit applications and other permits by the Partner.
Check and monitor cost variations to the model site prices or agreed BoQ (whatever is applicable). Ensure the availability of all current standards, specifications and general requirements of Client and Customer where applicable.
Suggest solutions to technical queries to progress the CW works. Suggest solutions to sites with difficult CW design problems.
