- Supporting one of the biggest digitalization project in Saudi Aramco creating state of the art customer engagement platform and automating most of the customer related processes in addition to streamlining communications between involved entities, with a focus on a smart recommendation engine to manage customer demand in light of any supply limitations.
- Leading the Demand Forecasting Operational Excellence process with the responsibility to improve the forecast accuracy and forecasting process. Conducted several benchmark sessions with internal and external organizations, identified gaps and implemented improvements accordingly.
- Developed an automated seasonality tool and calendar of crude oil and Refined products using advanced statistical techniques. The tool shows a monthly and daily seasonal factors for each product considering the weekly and annual patterns across both Gregorian and Hijri seasonality.
- Developed a new innovative methodology to determine the Gasoline and Diesel demand for the cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Led the product requirement and design of a kingdom-wide Demand Forecasting solution for +20 refined products and crude oil across more than 30 distribution sites delivered to thousands of customers. This solution provides analytical and collaborative capabilities that improved the forecast accuracy using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Handled planning of critical outages with all concerned entities, and conducted test runs to verify the maximum capability of certain units in the refinery.
- Issued a monthly comprehensive report evaluating the financial performance of the refinery with clear identification of the root cause of any deviation from the plan.
