• Evaluate the project scope to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Review the IFC package before start Execution and highlights the findings.
• Counter check BOQ and specifications of Instrument equipment such as cables, JB Boxes, Field instruments Hookups etc.
• Prepare & reviewing cable schedules and reduce the wastage of cables.
• Provide guidance / inputs in project schedule preparation, reports.
• Prepare and get approval Red Markup drawings as needed on field and ensure all Red Markups drawings are implement in as built.
• Examine process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) instrument cable terminations and data sheets for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare BOQ and specification of consumable materials (such as instrument Hook Ups, cable trays, conduits, cable Glands, cable Lugs etc.) based on drawings. Assist to procurement depart.
• Provides technical clarifications to construction team in Interpretation of specifications, codes and Standards.
• Arrange resources / equipment for different activities like cable laying, instrument calibration Electrical Panels installation etc.
• Conduct surveys, audits, and inspections, particularly related to instrument work, allocate resources, and manage budgets to meet project goals.
• Communicate project procedures, roles & responsibilities to all involved stakeholders.
• Supervise site mobilization, construction tasks, and activities. Coordinate EPC work activities and interface coordination with the activities of Third parties.
• Develop and review method statements according to standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project manager and site execution team for effective project execution.
• Walk-throughs with clients to ensure final inspections and pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR) was carried out effectively.
• Take responsibility for the successful completion of instrumentation work up to Mechanical Completion (MC).
