• Technical analysis and troubleshooting for incidents concerned with live services via SS7 and Diameter protocols for both Inbound & Outbound services.
• Taking immediate actions to restore the traffic in the major outages such as the submarine cable cuts.
• Data analysis and reporting for international interconnect agreements such as traffic and rerouting plans based on actual network traffic and vendors’ reports.
• Managing, supervising and supporting the implementation of new roaming services with international roaming partners.
• Plan & coordinate with wholesales business unit to facilitate new services, which expand our international footprint.
