- Working at the Cheesecake Shop has broadened my ability to approach customers appropriately, as well as broadening my experience working with food and in customer experience. While working as Front of House, I quickly adapted the ability to work efficiently due to having little time during busy hours. I thoroughly enjoyed working in a team, where I was able to rely on others and in trade have them rely on me. I enjoyed an environment that allowed me to socialise with customers as well as range from busy time periods to more quiet times where I was able to complete other tasks, including filling up the front shelves, running errands, cleaning, and ensuring stock at the back.
