TENDERING ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and other documents to ensure the scope, requirements, and technical details of the project.
• Review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), tender drawings, specifications, tender reports, and special and general conditions, which have to be verified with the whole Tendering Department.
• Interacting with clients, attending pre-bid meetings, and addressing client inquiries and clarifications throughout the tendering process.
• Assessing and analyzing risks associated with the project, including technical, commercial, and contractual risks, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Quantitative takeoff against available drawings to verify if the BOQ provided matches the drawings.
• Estimating the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other resources required for the project, based on the project specifications, project reports, and drawings.

PROCUREMENT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES
