- Welcoming and meeting the client and presenting the completed projects as a projects model for the facility.
- Getting to know the client, his needs, desires, ideas, if any, and the budget, and taking them into account as a basis for work.
- Initial design, idea development, sources of inspiration and presentation to the client until reaching an agreement. Signing the work contract after explaining it in detail to the client.
- Request to document the detailed areal measurement of the site, receive it, make two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings and tables of specifications for the required furniture, equipment and materials in proportion to the cost.
- Organizing and holding meetings with the client throughout the period of work on the project, to present the completed works in the project and make modifications، if any.
- Make a presentation file for the completed project, whether in paper or electronic format, that includes all stages of work in detail, and all documents related to the project, and handing over to the client a copy of it.
- Submit detailed daily reports and brief weekly reports, and deliver and receive files and documents between departments.
- Ability to provide a service of coordination and the assistance in choosing the appropriate pieces of furniture and accessories for the project idea, by visiting local markets with customers, and visiting the site.
