With over 17 years of experience in security, I am a seasoned professional who can effectively manage and enhance the communication and coordination between my organization and its stakeholders, including government entities, community institutions, and work partners.
As a Public and Government Relations Manager at Sustainable Development Arabia Company (SDA), I participate in setting and implementing the objectives, policies, and plans related to public and government relations, and ensure their alignment with the organization's strategy and vision. I also build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, and advocate for the organization's interests and values.
In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my skills and competencies in security management, risk assessment, investigation, and training. I have successfully led and supervised security teams, provided security and safety for facilities and information systems, and conducted regular inspections and audits. I have also obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential, which reflects my knowledge and ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently.

1- Participate in setting objectives, policies, initiatives, and operational plans related to public and government relations, follow up on these plans, ensure their efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and measures to know the level of achievement of these plans and objectives.
2- Building communication channels with the entity's work partners, governmental and non-governmental institutions, its affiliated organizational units, and local community institutions, and managing relations with them to serve the entity's strategy and its affiliated organizational units.
3- Coordinating with the concerned organizational bodies and units to organize conferences and meetings, following up on all exhibitions, conferences, seminars, meetings, and official events, making the necessary arrangements and communications to participate in them, and communicating with them to ensure participation and attendance.
4- Supervising all activities related to the preparations and equipment necessary to receive official delegations and dignitaries, accompanying them, securing their needs, and supervising their visit and residence program.
5- Coordinating with the concerned organizational units in order to enhance the identity of the entity and enhance its position through public and government relations activities, organizing and managing the preparation of correspondence, letters of thanks, and cards for events and holidays and sending them to the concerned authorities in a timely manner.
1- Identify, define, and implement improvements and new initiatives to provide the highest degree of security of
facilities against intrusion and other security breaches, and to protect against materials loss and damage, personal assault, or other potential security violations.
2- Select, assign, supervise, coordinate, review, and evaluate the work of security staff.
3- Plan, direct, analyze, and assess the company safety and security program, including policies, procedures, and incidents, and consult with, advise, and make recommendations to the Executive Team.

1- Ensure that all control procedures included in the risk assessment are applied before work and during work.
2- Conduct periodic inspections of the project’s workplaces and report any risks in the work environment.
3- Ensure that workers are trained on the basics of occupational safety and health for the work assigned to them.
4- Follow up on the progress of work at the work site and ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner.
5- Periodic inspection of used equipment and tools, emergency devices and tools.
6- Submitting reports of accidents and unsafe conditions.
7- Placing occupational safety and health signs in the project and ensuring their validity.

4- Write detailed case reports, and file and maintain records.
