• Managing the corporate strategy and corporate operations activities for SAMI Thales JV
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statement for the group.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly presentation and other reports for the Management reporting ,Board of directors and other committees.

• Preparation and monitor monthly bank reconciliation and Intercompany reconciliation
• Managing the VAT status for the all group entities
• Supervise subordinates in their day to day accounting activities and manage them accordingly to reach organization objectives
• Coordinate with External /Internal Auditors.
• Coordinate with DZIT and Zakat, VAT consultant on Tax related matters in the company
• A member of Automation committee held to enhance the ERP system ,activate and propose the automation initiative .

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statement
• Assist AFM to Prepare monthly and quarterly presentation and other reports for the Management reporting
• Perform day to day and month end accounting functions including accrual,Prepayment amortization and other related Journal Entries
• Preparation and maintain monthly balance sheet schedules agreeing with Financial Statement
• Analysis of Financial statement and identifying significant variances on monthly,quarterly and annual basis. Also Identifying wrong postings, codding errors (Cost centers & GLs) and advise concern to do the required correction on timely basis
• Preparation and monitor monthly bank reconciliation and InterCompany reconciliation
• Actively participation in the VAT implementation in the Company & held the VAT Working for the all group entities
• Supervise subordinates in their day to day accounting activities and manage them accordingly to reach organization objectives
• Coordinate with External Auditors in relation to the Annual Financial Statement Audit and any other periodic Reviews as per the requirement
• Assist AFM and Coordinate with DZIT and Zakath, VAT consultant on Tax related matters in the company
• Assist AFM on his payroll related duties including preparation of payment vouchers, reconciliation and payroll related GL clearance
• Advise HRD on the employee outstanding balances for the payroll recoveries
• Preparation of Salary cheque to the Location and obtain the salary
  acknowledgement on timely basis
• Payment Authorization
• Participation as a part of the team working at IPO program

• Review regularly all balance sheet GL Accounts
• Prepare the list of addition / deduction to/from employees salary , then reconcile it with the payroll file
• Prepare Debit/Credit notes for amount to be charged / recovered from other companies & outside suppliers / Customers & prepare the related journal entries
• Inter-company reconciliation
• GOSI Reconciliation
• WHT detailed monthly report
• EOSB Accrual entry & Payment s Journal Entries

• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Maintain banking relationships
• Journal entries for all the incoming Cash cheque
• Review the pending items on a daily basis in the intermediate bank account & followup with the concerned to get required details / classifications then take actions to clear the pending
